As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service and beauty advice to clients in the beauty zone.
Key responsibilities include:
- Offering personalized sales service to customers, including upselling and suggestive selling
- Building relationships with customers and providing them with the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Maintaining product knowledge and sharing it with customers to increase sales
- Creating and maintaining visually appealing product displays
- Participating in sales training and meetings
Requirements:
- Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours
- Ability to perform ear-piercing services (training provided)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (for some stores)
