Medicare Field Sales Agent

The MarketPoint Career Channel Team at Humana is looking for accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to join their team. As a Medicare Field Sales Agent, you will report to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales, and work as part of a collaborative team of 8-12 Medicare Sales Agents.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Building trust and educating individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Creating meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits to provide a personalized experience that sets Humana apart.
• Driving self-generated sales, meeting performance goals, and expanding Humana's presence in the market by becoming a valued resource and building relationships in your community.
• Utilizing company-issued iPads and multiple digital platforms simultaneously to support member consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Must reside in the designated local territory
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions
• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance
• Demonstrated ability to use an iPad, mobile applications, and web-based systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
• Background in selling Medicare products
• Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations
• Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Bilingual in English and an additional language
