Media Analyst

As a Media Analyst at Target, you will play a crucial role in the accurate execution and support of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including programmatic, direct, and social media. This involves campaign implementation, quality assurance, and technical support to ensure successful delivery and performance of media campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Media Planning, Account Management, Trading, and Finance to ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned with performance and billing requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end campaign setup across ad servers and DSPs
• Support media execution on platforms like Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, and social platforms
• Implement audience targeting, creative rotations, and tracking tags accurately
• Perform detailed QA checks on trafficking documents and creative assets
• Troubleshoot campaign setup issues and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with third-party verification partners and ensure campaign setups align with media budgets and client expectations
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist in invoicing and billing processes
• Continuously stay updated with relevant ad tech tools and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Communications, or a related technical field
• 4–6 years of experience in digital or programmatic media execution
• Hands-on experience with major DSPs, ad servers, and social platforms
• Familiarity with third-party verification vendors and understanding of digital media concepts
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
