Description
HPS Investment Partners, a part of BlackRock, is seeking an Associate level candidate to join the Strategic Fund Financing team in New York, NY. The successful candidate will support the Private Financing Solutions (PFS) platform and play a key role in sourcing and optimizing credit facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance with credit facility terms, including ongoing Borrowing Base compliance
- Coordinate with Legal and Business Development on new fund pipeline and investor requests
- Source term sheets for new opportunities
- Amend agreements or refinance where necessary to stay current on market terms
- Manage various existing asset warehousing arrangements
- Coordinate with operational teams with respect to mechanics of facility closings and daily monitoring
- Review and compare leverage across funds to ensure leverage targets are met
- Review fund investments for inclusion in asset facilities
- Manage loan approval process with lenders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in financial services industry
- Understanding of credit facilities and/or CLOs
- Understanding of bank loans
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook
Salary range for this position is USD$105,000.00 - USD$135,000.00. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
