Responsibilities:
- Advocate for injured clients and maximise case outcomes
- Conduct investigations and gather critical evidence
- Negotiate with adjusters and prepare cases for trial
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management
Requirements:
- 5+ years of personal injury or insurance defence experience
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM
- Strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for injured clients
