Description
We are seeking an exceptional Principal Product Designer to join our award-winning design team in São Paulo, Brazil. As part of our LATAM squad, you will help grow our market share by shipping new region-specific features and journeys.
Your mission will be to understand the needs of our customers and deliver work that feels familiar, scalable, and unmistakably Wise. You will be working with a São Paulo-based full-stack team of product, marketing, analytics, engineering, banking, and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Building connections: Partner with product teams to discover customer needs and create bold, scalable experiences.
- Championing craft: Deliver high-quality work across various touchpoints.
- Building influence: Communicate your design rationale through clear and compelling storytelling.
- Leading by making: Identify opportunities, prioritize what matters, and drive outcomes through your designs.
Requirements:
- Exceptional craft skills and 10+ years of experience as a multidisciplinary designer.
- Expertise in Figma and AI-curious.
- Systems thinker with the ability to balance global patterns and local insights.
- Strategic partner with strong communication skills.
- Collaborative by default.
