As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead design work across multiple product areas, solving complex problems with product owners and tech leads. You'll own the entire product design lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring your work directly impacts the domain's goals and desired outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading design work across multiple product areas
- Designing the visual and functional experience of our mobile SDKs and web portals
- Developing and adopting our multi-brand design system
- Contributing to our ways-of-working and suggesting improvements
- Ensuring products are designed and documented for rapid adoption and configuration by clients
- Championing design internally and externally
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer
- Experience with design systems, tools, and research platforms like Figma and User Testing
- Examples of designing thoughtful, accessible experiences
- Accomplished visual design quality
- Experience planning and running research methods
- Proactive communication of complex design decisions
Nice to have:
- Experience in a FinTech or Software Startup/Scaleup
- Mobile design experience
- Experience navigating conflicting requirements between end-users and enterprise clients
- Practical experience driving adoption and maturity of a design system
- Strong visual craft and illustration skills
