Description
We are looking for a Business Functional Analyst to join our team in TDI – RF – Reporting Domain, to work on Strategic Data Onboarding and Supporting Strategic Data Initiatives across the new Capital program.
As a Data and Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end data analysis, including the alignment of newly sourced data, checks during the different process steps, issue remediation/support and analysis of the reported data.
You will have the opportunity to partner Finance, Risk and Treasury, including Front office systems in order to analyze their requirements and translate into business processes/data requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business and functional analysis for the Capital program and related Finance and regulatory transformation initiatives
- Assess end-to-end current-state processes, data flows, controls, systems and governance
- Data Analytics (High Volume & Content Driven)
- Conceptual Design and Customisation of Warehouse Components
- Business Data Modelling, Business Impact Analysis and Reverse Engineering Analysis
- Proactively manage the investigation and resolution of month end issues on regulatory metrics

Requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills coupled with experience in high volume data analysis
- IT Skills – SQL, Phyton, Power BI
- Exposure to the risk-weighted assets calculation domain
- Practical experience of monthly, quarterly and regulatory reporting cycles
- IT analytical skills
- Experience in Risk Control / Accounting Related Work/ Treasury or Risk
- Banking Product knowledge and knowledge of Regulatory Calculations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple work streams
