Description
As our Senior Product Manager for Risk and Controls in LATAM, you’ll define and ship the controls that stop financial crime. You’ll partner with our compliance and risk teams to understand our current framework, spot the biggest opportunities, and deliver improvements.
Your Mission:
- Build and launch controls that detect and block suspicious activity while meeting regulatory requirements.
- Strike the right balance between strong protection and a great experience for legitimate customers.
- Partner with KYC, Fraud Preventions and CS Operations to design scalable processes and tooling.
- Track results and keep iterating based on data and emerging threats.
- Monitor and improve control effectiveness and assurance.
This role will give you the opportunity to:
