We are seeking a Manager, Product Manager to join our Compliance and Ethics team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product, data, technology, and design, partnering with key stakeholders to continuously learn and improve.

Responsibilities:
- Own product discovery, delivery, and iterations across segments of risk management
- Gather business requirements, user insights, and translate them to engineering teams
- Prioritise within a product roadmap
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
- Or Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Salary Range:
- Sales Territory: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management; $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management; $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management; $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management; $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
