Description
We are seeking a Red Bull Musketeer to join our On Premise business team. As a Musketeer, you will be the personification of the Red Bull brand, responsible for showcasing our premium product and building relationships with key influencers and business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Red Bull Ambassador, using your unique personality to promote our brand at trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, festivals, and exclusive events.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and business partners to spread affinity and enthusiasm for Red Bull.
- Build your personal reputation within the local scene based on your extensive knowledge of the industry and latest trends.
- Take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities in your market, developing and deploying strategies to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull.
- Utilize your sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for your customers and Red Bull.
- Strengthen and nurture long-term professional relationships with established customers and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
Requirements:
- Established contacts within the industry or the ability to make them quickly.
- Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to navigate technical landscapes, including iPhones, iPads, and custom applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to analyze sales and customer data.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluency in English required, with additional language skills an advantage.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 + cash incentives
