Description
We are seeking a Red Bull Musketeer to personify our brand in the On Premise business. As a Musketeer, you will leverage your unique personality to showcase our premium brand and establish relationships with key influencers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Red Bull Ambassador, utilizing your personality to promote our brand
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and business partners to spread affinity and enthusiasm for Red Bull
- Build your personal reputation within the local scene based on your industry knowledge and trends
- Take responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities in your market
- Develop and deploy innovative strategies and tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull
- Strengthen and nurture long-term professional relationships with established customers and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts
- Utilize sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull
- Negotiate strong, mutually beneficial partnership agreements to build long-term relationships
Requirements:
- Established contacts within the industry or the ability to make them quickly
- Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as a business owner
- Strong ability to navigate technical landscapes, including iPhone, iPad, and custom applications
- Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to analyze sales and customer data
- At least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills an advantage

Salary Range: $81,938 - 103,500 + cash incentives
