As a Werkstudent CRM Porsche (m/w/d) Minijob, you will support the team in managing customer data, handling customer inquiries, and improving customer satisfaction.
Your tasks:
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
- Provide telephone support to customers
- Assist with measures to increase customer satisfaction
- Help with follow-up on customer inquiries and feedback
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled at a university or college
- Careful, structured work style and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills, friendly demeanour, and enjoyment of customer contact
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
