Description
Support mission-critical initiatives and enable the growth of our business as a Global Compensation Analyst working on the Human Resources team. You'll become an integral part of how GDIT ensures the safety and security of our nation.
How a Global Compensation Analyst will make an impact:
- Participate in the development, implementation, and administration of company compensation programs
- Manage ad-hoc job action, salary review, and other HR process requests
- Oversee compensation management and administration, including annual merit cycles, benchmarking reviews, and variable pay administration
- Develop and maintain job architecture, including job roles, profiles, descriptions, families, grades, and pay scales
- Provide consultation, guidance, and recommendations to managers and HR Business Partners regarding compensation
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and labor laws/regulatory requirements
- Support proposal efforts by providing labor category mappings, market data, and other HR statistics
- Manage and administer job description and job evaluation process
- Ensure maintenance of job structure and compensation structure framework within Workday
- Develop total rewards strategy, collaborating with International Benefits Analyst
- Manage all compensation reporting, audits, surveys, etc.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of related experience with overall compensation, global compensation, and plans outside the U.S.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant compensation laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, influence, and customer relationship skills
- Project management skills with change management, training, stakeholder management
- Cross-functional knowledge and experience with AP, Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Benefits, overall HR practices, etc.
- MS Office, HRIS (Workday a plus), Global Compensation systems and surveys
- Fluent in Spanish (desired)
