We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at our store located at 36195 Euclid Ave, Willoughby, OH 44094-4410.

The starting hourly rate is $15.75 USD per hour, with a pay range of $15.75 USD - $23.65 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

As a seasonal team member, you will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent guest service and supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Executing daily and weekly tasks to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
• Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
• Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and other team members
• Be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Be able to work both independently and with a team
• Be able to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Have attention to detail and be able to follow multi-step processes

Physical Demands

As a seasonal team member, you will be required to:

• Accurately handle cash register operations
• Climb up and down ladders
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Have a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
