The laminating team plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards and supporting production areas.
Responsibilities include:
- Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products
- Checking information on drawings for clarity
- Verifying route card instructions
- Contributing to process improvements for quality and efficiency
- Maintaining equipment
- Ensuring a clean and tidy department
- Demonstrating attention to detail
Requirements:
- Experience in laminating
- Familiarity with pre-preg autoclave processes
- Understanding of engineering drawings
- Motorsport/Automotive experience
