We are seeking an experienced Composite Laminator to join our team in Wellingborough. As a leading carbon fibre engineering company, we supply customers worldwide with composite solutions for various industries, including Formula One, Aerospace, Automotive, and Medical.
Job Purpose: The successful candidate will assist with the laminating of components and tooling across a range of industry sectors, sizes, and complexities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laminate and tool a broad range of products
- Check information on drawings for clarity
- Verify route card instructions for accuracy
- Contribute to process improvements for quality and efficiency
- Maintain equipment and ensure the department is kept clean and tidy
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Experience in Motorsport or Automotive
- Familiarity with pre-preg autoclave processes
- Understanding of engineering drawings
