Description
Crosby Composites, a leading carbon fibre manufacturer, primarily serving high-end luxury automotive and Formula 1, seeks an Experienced Composite Laminator for their Brackley site.
The successful candidate will work in the Laminating team, which plays a critical role in maintaining high standards and supporting production areas. The role involves working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with opportunities for overtime during peak periods.
Responsibilities:
- Laminate and tool a broad range of products
- Check information on drawings for clarity
- Verify route card instructions for accuracy
- Contribute to process improvements for quality and efficiency
- Maintain equipment
- Ensure a clean and tidy department
Requirements:
- Experience in laminating
- Attention to detail
- Motorsport/Automotive experience
- Familiarity with pre-preg autoclave processes
- Understanding of engineering drawings
