At Keywords Studios, we're creating a global services platform for the video games industry and beyond.
As an SSC Payment Intern, you'll support the management of payments and treasury activities for all European entities managed by the Shared Service Center in Cinisello.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare payment proposals and upload payment files to banking portals, ensuring data accuracy.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation, matching transactions with accounting entries in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with AP and Vendor Master Data teams to verify vendor banking details.
- Handle basic payment status inquiries from suppliers and internal colleagues.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and basic reporting activities during month-end close.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- At least a High School Diploma in Administration, Finance and Marketing; a University Degree in Economics or Accounting is a plus.
- Knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills, aptitude for teamwork, organised and results-driven, problem solver, passionate and proactive.
