Description
Flagship Pioneering is seeking a Head of Capital Solutions, APAC, to play a critical role in developing long-term relationships with potential investors in the APAC region. The successful candidate will report to both the leadership of FSP Asia-Pacific and FSP Capital Solutions (US).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors in APAC
- Identify and drive investment opportunities into Flagship's Global Funds and direct investments in Flagship portfolio companies
- Facilitate dialogue with the institutional investor community in APAC and connect investors with the relevant members of the FSP team
- Partner with the FSP APAC team to implement strategic plans to enhance Flagship's presence and capital raising capabilities in APAC
- Organize and host regular investor events and briefings, presentations, and other engagement activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in capital formation, investment banking, private equity, or related fields
- Strong track record in fundraising and investment management in Asia-Pacific
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with institutional investors, particularly within the APAC region
- Deep understanding of the investment landscape in APAC, including familiarity with key players such as sovereign wealth funds and family offices
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
