Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a talented individual to join their Global Workplace Internship Program. The program is designed to build the pipeline of next-generation leaders and provides opportunities for development of leadership skills, business acumen, and future career advancement.
The Global Workplace's role in HPE spans from developing and implementing HPE corporate real estate strategies, to managing the design and construction of sustainable modern workplaces, to delivering a best-in-class hybrid workplace experience, in each case across over 200 HPE sites across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (or equivalent) and completed two years
- Excellent capabilities in leadership, influencing, communication, and collaboration
- Strong project management, business acumen, and critical analytical skills
- Geographic/cultural knowledge and/or experience
- Self-starter with ability to achieve results in a virtual and complex work environment
- Ability to develop and promote positive change through innovation and creativity
- Proactive contributor who wants to make an impact
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, or automation technologies
- Understanding of digital technologies including sensors, IoT platforms, smart buildings, and operational technology environments
- Ability to translate data into business insights and executive recommendations
- Curiosity about engineering, technical infrastructure, laboratory operations, and emerging workplace technologies
- Familiarity with collaboration and automation platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Fabric, Power Automate, or similar tools

Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
