Description
We are seeking a Chef Manager to join our team at Trowbridge Oaks, a care home dedicated to delivering person-centred care.
As a Chef Manager, you will be responsible for creating a varied and nutritional menu in line with the dietary needs and preferences of our residents. You will use your natural leadership skills to train and mentor the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience. Your responsibilities will also include managing all mandatory paperwork, catering for special events, and maintaining high standards.
The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking, previous experience working in a fresh food kitchen, and relevant hygiene certificates. You will be a natural leader, open to new ideas with an innovative approach to cooking, and able to mentor and support others.
