Description
We're seeking an Account Executive to join our Field Sales organization. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, focusing on upselling via deal management. You will perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment. Your goal will be to drive strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts
- Drive strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Workday's internal teams
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels
- 4+ years of experience negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives
- 4+ years of experience building relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business
- 4+ years of experience developing long-term account strategies with existing customers
Nice to have:
- Experience managing longer deal cycles beyond 6 months
- Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry
- Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
