Project Technical Delivery Manager

As a Project Technical Delivery Manager at NVIDIA, you will manage projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring they are delivered on time, meet business and technical requirements, and stay within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
• Understand technical architectures and facilitate solution debates
• Ensure company requirements are produced to standard in a timely manner
• Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and partners via conference calls
• Manage complex installations and report problems to operational escalation points
• Manage project change and release notices to customers
• Document technical and operational procedures clearly
• Work irregular hours as required

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of project delivery management experience
• 5+ years of field services or customer support experience for hardware and software products
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
• Experience leading global projects

Preferred qualifications:

• PMP Certification
• HPC Clustering or Data-Center technologies experience
