We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our exceptional clinical team at Richmond Villages Wood Norton, a luxury retirement village in Evesham. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents, providing high-quality nursing care, leading by example, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation
Requirements:
- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development
- Positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm to encourage a supportive working environment
- Naturally caring with a hands-on approach, with a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity
- Effective communicator who can build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families
- Passion to coach, guide, and support your team, as well as provide formal and informal programmes of training to colleagues and other care professionals
