Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a subsystem or component of a product or service offering.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. They will have typically 4-6 years of experience, with experience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) programs and experience in Memory commodity or semiconductor-related environments being a plus.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and leading a program involving one or more functions and project teams
- Developing schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program
- Coordinating activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners
- Communicating program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders
- Leading and providing guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members
