Ninja Van is seeking a Fleet Assistant to support its operations in Selangor, Malaysia. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily fleet operations, monitoring drivers, and improving operational processes to enhance delivery performance metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the management of daily fleet operations and monitoring drivers
- Improving operational processes to increase delivery performance metrics
- Analyzing fleet utilization and route planning to optimize routes
- Prioritizing and planning local fleet daily operations and flexible capacity growth strategy
- Developing new analytics models and working with existing data gathering and analytics tools
- Collaborating with teams and departments to improve software across operational touchpoints
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- No formal experience required, but prior experience demonstrating logic-driven problem-solving skills is advantageous
- Ability to perform under pressure, solve problems effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to gather data, interpret, and develop process improvements
Salary: RM2,050 - RM2,300 per month
