Description
Our internship programs offer real-world projects, hands-on experience, and opportunities to collaborate with teams globally.
Join our Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) IP team, working on One-Time Programmable (OTP) and Multi-Time Programmable (MTP) memory IPs and chips.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing analog blocks for NVM IPs, including charge pumps, high-voltage switches, sense amplifiers, and bandgap references.
- Run SPICE simulations to verify circuit performance across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) corners and Monte Carlo mismatches.
- Develop your understanding of NVM operations and the physics and constraints of OTP and MTP memory architectures.
- Work alongside senior designers to support analog circuit design, simulation, and verification activities.
- Use AI tools to support analog design, simulation analysis, and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a closely related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of CMOS technology, MOSFET device physics, and basic analog building blocks.
- Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler.
- Ability to work with AI tools to support analog design, simulation analysis, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good technical documentation and communication skills.
Benefits:
- Opportunities to collaborate with passionate teams globally
- Real-world projects and hands-on experience
- Inclusive culture that fosters innovation and collaboration
