Ejecutivo Premier

We are seeking a Premier Executive to join our team in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico. As a Premier Executive, you will be responsible for providing high-level financial services to clients in the Mass Affluent Advance and Premier segments.

Your main function will be to provide top-notch service to your assigned client portfolio, addressing their daily financial needs and offering personalized advice to meet their short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and retain your client portfolio
• Grow the product portfolio of assigned clients through support from business units
• Provide exceptional customer service and advice
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Administer a portfolio

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, or Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the financial sector
• At least 4 years of experience in sales
• At least 2 years of experience with Premier products and services
• AMIB Figure 1 certification
• Knowledge of markets and external regulations
• Financial Mathematics skills
• Operational systems and branch procedures
• Intermediate English language skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong sales orientation and passion for sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and focus on results
• Adaptability to change and organisational skills
