Investment Consultant (m/f/d)

We are seeking an Investment Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG. As an Investment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing demand-oriented advice on our broad range of investment and precautionary products, with a focus on securities business.

You will build sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact. You will be responsible for looking after customers in one or more branches and work closely with the branch teams.

Your tasks will include:

• Providing independent advice on investment and precautionary products
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Taking responsibility for customer care in one or more branches
• Working closely with branch teams
• Organising your workday independently and being a competent contact person for customers on all matters relating to securities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
• Completed banking training or comparable qualification
• Certified investment advisor qualification or willingness to obtain it
• High service competence and resilience in everyday work
• Knowledge of economic relationships and capital markets
