Description
Ford Business Solutions is looking for an Author for technical publications to join the Aftersales team in Szentendre.
Responsibilities
The role involves:
- Coordinating the publication of vehicle service check sheets and wiring diagrams.
- Creating vehicle rescue cards.
- Calculating service labor times for service check sheets.
- Coordinating, reviewing, and solving service check sheet, wiring diagram, and rescue card-related dealer complaints.
- Working with global and regional Customer Service Engineer (CSE) teams on design for service, service tools, diagnostics, and service parts.
Qualifications
Requirements include:
- Business fluent English skills.
- Proficiency in common MS-Office applications.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- University or College Degree, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in repairing and diagnosing vehicles is an advantage.
- Experience with Teamcenter, Photoshop, and Illustrator is an advantage.
- Experience with authoring content management systems is an advantage.
