Responsibilities:
- Wash and clean dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils manually and using machines
- Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including equipment, dining rooms, and food circulation areas
- Collect and sort trash for recycling
- Apply food safety best practices
- Clean, organise, and store kitchen materials and utensils
- Set up and dismantle dining rooms, including arranging plates, cutlery, and napkins
- Transport and allocate food containers to designated areas
- Perform other related tasks as needed
