Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wasatch Property Management. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas, responding to resident service requests, and troubleshooting and repairing various systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas
- Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues
- Consistently exemplify the Wasatch brand and embody an owner's mindset
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools
- Experience in repairing and maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, and pools
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior customer service skills and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
