Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience authoring Kubernetes-native software, such as Kubernetes Operators and Controllers, particularly for stateful systems (databases, caches, object storage).
  • Deep understanding of cloud-based database management systems, especially PostgreSQL and modern NoSQL technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins), and networking/security fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, API gateways, service mesh, TLS infrastructure).
  • Practical experience working within Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe agile methodologies.
  • An innovative mindset with a strong drive to learn emerging technologies and apply creative approaches to complex engineering problems.
