Description
We are seeking a Patient Liaison Officer to join our team at Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow. This full-time role involves converting self-pay enquiries and consultations to self-pay procedures within Circle Health Group.
Responsibilities:
- Convert self-pay enquiries and consultations to self-pay procedures against pre-agreed targets.
- Provide a quality service for potential self-pay patients, responding accurately and timely to enquiries.
- Facilitate necessary access times and information for patients to convert to procedure.
- Influence patients to choose Circle Health Group for their procedure.
- Provide pre-consultation information and indicative pricing accurately and promptly.
- Book self-pay patients into suitable clinic appointments.
- Comply with all relevant mandatory training.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience using telephone, written, and face-to-face communications.
- Proven influencing/sales skills.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.

- Salary: Up to £25,525.00 per year
