Description
Abnormal AI stops attacks other tools miss by understanding identity behaviour inside an organisation. We protect over 5,000 customers, including 30% of the Fortune 500, and are growing from one product to a five-product AI Security suite. This role ensures Finance keeps up.
The Chief of Staff to the CFO runs the CFO's key strategic programs, ensuring they are completed. You will be involved in setting priorities and overseeing their implementation across Finance, GTM, R&D, Legal, and People. This high-autonomy, high-trust role requires you to see the full operational picture of a rapidly growing company and shape its maturity.
AI is integral to the job, not a side project. You will lead Finance's AI adoption, develop usable tools, and demonstrate what is possible.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Programs: Run cross-functional programs for the CFO and strategy team, including scope, milestones, owners, weekly updates, and executive team status reports. Escalate blockers promptly.
- Scale and Controls: Oversee a program across eight functional areas, tracking progress against quarterly targets. Manage workstreams with external auditors and legal counsel.
- Finance Operating Rhythm: Manage goal-setting, check-ins, progress reporting, and commitment tracking for the CFO's direct reports to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- AI in Finance: Develop recurring enablement programs and practical tools for real workflows, such as performance review drafting and action-item tracking. Report impact in hours saved and adoption rates.
- Talent, International Expansion, and ESG: Conduct Finance talent reviews, manage pulse surveys and team learning, and oversee the framework for international selling, transacting, and hiring. Run the ESG engagement.
Expected Outcomes
