Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager to join our Event Booking Centre team in Hong Kong.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and soliciting new group and catering business, developing effective sales plans, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying new group and catering business opportunities
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
- Providing excellent customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated sales efforts
- Utilizing sales resources and administrative support staff
- Conducting site inspections and creating contracts as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or GED, and 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or a related professional area
- OR a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major, with no work experience required
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close business deals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external customers
