Join Salesforce as a Senior Technical Architect - Agentforce and help organisations of all sizes deliver amazing experiences that customers love. You will leverage your expertise in data management, AI, and integration to design and implement scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement large-scale data management solutions using Informatica IDMC/MDM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using Agentforce
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on integration architecture using MuleSoft
- Develop and maintain reusable accelerators and prompt/skill/agent libraries
Requirements:
- Experience with data management and integration technologies (Informatica IDMC/MDM, MuleSoft)
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Prior experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing industry
Preferred Skills:
- Informatica IDMC/MDM certification
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist (Sr. Architect level)
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (Director level)
- DAMA CDMP or CDMC
- Experience with agentic AI/RAG on a governed data foundation
- Industry depth/expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing
- Track record of building reusable accelerators and prompt/skill/agent libraries
- Prior Professional Services/customer-facing advisory or leadership experience at enterprise scale

Salary Range: $172,500 - $313,700 annually
