Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage a team of professional-level software developers. As a Team Lead, you will develop and communicate plans and priorities to meet team performance and results requirements. You will establish team processes, goals, and procedures and track performance. You will also inform and influence decision-making at the management level and provide coaching and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports.
Essential Functions:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of experience in ASP.NET, SQL, JQuery, CSS, and JavaScript
- At least 2+ years of experience in REST API and WCF Services
- At least 2+ years of experience with MVC
- Good understanding of VSTS/TFS/JIRA & Confluence
