We are looking for an IT professional who will enjoy the challenge of supporting and developing a range of ‘line of business’ applications.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working to maximise application availability
- Managing incident and service requests
- Coordinating upgrades and patching
- Active participation in associated project work
- Collaborating with other team members, colleagues within partner organisations, and senior stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for IT applications and business operations across the Lewisham estate.
As an Application Analyst, you will be required to adopt an analytical approach to problem-solving and act proactively where the situation demands.

We are looking for an experienced IT practitioner who will be able to demonstrate how they have successfully managed line of business and/or enterprise applications and show that they have successfully engaged with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes and service improvement.
The post holder will be expected to possess a range of strong technical skills and have the aptitude to problem-solve, plan, and prioritise work in often pressurised situations and communicate effectively, up to a senior level, with colleagues and stakeholders.
The job is primarily based in Laurence House, Catford, London, SE6 4RU, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
