Visual Merch Manager

We are seeking a Visual Merch Manager to support guest-led, holistic in-store experience strategies, including visual merchandising and in-store marketing of product to drive the business for all cycles.

The Visual Merch Manager will develop the floor pad architecture, including fixture and mannequin placement, and messaging strategy. They will write clear and actionable detailed deliverable briefs highlighting messaging hierarchy, photography needs, and signage placement, and kick off the detailed concept work with creative partners.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, or equivalent experience, and 5+ years of relevant visual merchandising and/or marketing experience. Food and Beverage experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop floor pad architecture, including fixture and mannequin placement, and messaging strategy
• Write clear and actionable detailed deliverable briefs highlighting messaging hierarchy, photography needs, and signage placement
• Evaluate concepts against strategic objectives and prepare for leader alignment reviews
• Partner cross-functionally with Merchants, Planning, Product Design, SPT, RBX Partners, Creative, GMS, Site Merch, and Store Ops to execute holistic presentation concepts and omnichannel strategies
• Manage external vendor stakeholders and ensure RBX guidelines are consistently maintained

Requirements:

• Four-year degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant visual merchandising and/or marketing experience
• Food and Beverage experience highly preferred
• Experience authoring successful creative briefs
• Strong sense of composition and design detail and visualization skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complexity amidst ambiguity
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Smartsheet
