We are seeking an Intern Freight Customs Coordinator to join our operations team in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
As an Intern Freight Customs Coordinator, you will assist in managing and coordinating domestic shipments, ensuring smooth handovers to Air and Sea Freight agents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily handovers to Air and Sea Freight agents
- Providing updates on shipment status to customers and maintaining relationships
- Ensuring timely shipments with no backlog or delays
- Inputting data into the management system and consolidating
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Transport, Air Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or a related field
- 3-6 months of internship experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with ability to work independently
- Analytical skills to interpret regulations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Docs
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
