Description
We are seeking a Lead, Government Affairs to head Red Bull North America's U.S. government affairs strategy. You will monitor and assess political, legislative, and regulatory developments affecting the company and the beverage industry. Your goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, government agencies, trade associations, and external stakeholders to advance Red Bull's interests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing Red Bull North America's U.S. government affairs strategy
- Building relationships with federal, state, and local policymakers, government officials, trade associations, and industry coalitions
- Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating developments in U.S. legislation, regulation, and political activity
- Providing strategic guidance and policy recommendations to business leaders
- Managing external consultants, coalitions, and trade association relationships
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in government affairs, legislative or congressional offices, regulatory agencies, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. federal, state, and local political, legislative, and regulatory landscape
- Experience with food, beverage, or related policy issues is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to monitor, analyze, and communicate legislative and regulatory developments
- Strong stakeholder management and policy development skills

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 + cash incentives.
