Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Consultant (Business Advisor) to join our team. You will work with hospitals to implement and use our solutions, helping them make better decisions based on reliable insights.
In this role, you will:
- Implement and support hospitals in using our solutions
- Understand hospital challenges and needs, and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with customers and colleagues from various disciplines
- Help hospitals turn complex data into understandable, reliable, and usable insights
Responsibilities include:
- Implementation: guiding hospitals through the functional rollout of our solutions and ensuring smooth integration into their operations and reporting
- Customer needs: gaining insight into challenges, processes, and needs through conversations and workshops, and translating feedback into functional requirements
- Validation: validating provided data with customers and ensuring data quality and reporting
- Insights: supporting customers with policy and operational issues, and translating data into usable analyses and recommendations
- Training: guiding users to independently and optimally use our solutions
- Sales support: supporting the commercial team with your knowledge of the hospital sector, customer needs, and our solutions
Requirements:
- Analytical, curious, and customer-focused mindset
- Ideally 1-5 years of relevant work experience in a customer-oriented, advisory, analytical, or project-based role
- Affinity with the hospital and/or healthcare sector
- Interest in data validation, reporting, analytics, and process improvement
- Ability to analyze needs and translate them into concrete solutions
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English; French is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Cognos
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Data warehousing and data modeling
- Hospital processes and hospital data
- Hospital source systems such as an EPD (KWS, Hix, …)
- Knowledge of MZG data
