Regres Expert

As a Regres Expert, you will be responsible for independently carrying out regres assignments. You will have intensive contact with our damage experts regarding these assignments and their progress, and you will have frequent contact with insurers, brokers, lawyers, and customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that regres assignments are carried out in line with the requirements and wishes of the parties involved;
• Assessing regres possibilities in damage dossiers and advising and supporting experts, claims handlers, and clients;
• Taking care of the entire regres process, from liability to financial settlement;
• Actively monitoring the statute of limitations in regres dossiers;
• Being fully responsible for the progress and quality of regres dossiers;
• Maintaining contact with current and potential clients and signalling commercial opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Work accurately and feel responsible for careful and correct treatment of regres dossiers;
• Be analytical, assess complex liability issues, and clearly identify regres possibilities;
• Monitor the quality and progress of dossiers, taking into account limitation periods and financial interests;
• Communicate convincingly, negotiate carefully, and work pleasantly with clients and other parties involved.
