Description
We are seeking a Lead Nurse/Deputy Care Centre Director to join Lakefields Neurological Centre, a 22-bed neurological service for people with neurological and spinal conditions. As a senior member of the nursing team, you will have experience within a similar setting from the NHS and/or Private Care. You will lead and guide a team of nurses to provide exceptional care.
The successful candidate will support the Care Centre Director in providing strong and robust leadership. You will be involved in all operational functions of the service with specific accountability for monitoring quality outcomes and development within the service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strong and robust leadership within the service
- Responsibility for quality outcomes and complaints
- Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of all residents, employees, and visitors
- Ensuring the site is compliant with all regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse RGN
- 5+ years of respiratory ward/ITU experience
- Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment
- Focus on detail, quality, and positive attitude
- Proactive and creative
- High level of integrity
- Detailed understanding of statutory regulations
- Ability to oversee and deliver quality objectives
- Management experience at a senior level
