Description
Join NVIDIA's growing team as a Product Development Engineer and help create reliable test infrastructure for the next generation of Data Center products.
You will analyze product yield limiters, drive failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) at wafer and package level, characterize performance and power, and lead multi-functional efforts with design, foundry, quality, test, customers, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Problem-solving skills, especially test failure analysis and test coverage enhancement
- Working knowledge of JMP/Python
- Understanding of process-product interaction related to yield, performance, and reliability
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and drive projects efficiently
Nice to have:
- Experience with multi-chiplet products utilizing advanced packaging
- Passion for creating automation tools for data analysis and reporting
Competitive salary and benefits package, with expected base salary ranges: 136,000 USD – 212,750 USD for Level 3; and 168,000 USD – 258,750 USD for Level 4.
