We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team at Target. As a Human Resources Expert, you will be part of a team that champions change, proactively removes roadblocks, and builds diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on our guest-centric mission.
Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming experience for guests
- Observe and understand guest needs
- Engage with guests in a genuine way
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services
- Thank guests and let them know we're happy they shopped at Target
- Work with HR leaders to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs
- Execute recruiting efforts to find and hire talent
- Support training needs of the sales force
- Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
- Act as an open door for team members
- Deliver on HR operational and cyclical programs
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
