We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team at Target. As a Human Resources Expert, you will be responsible for creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience. You will work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business. You will also lead focused recruiting efforts, support team member and leader training needs, and be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
Responsibilities:
