Job Objective: Ensure the correct closing of daily hotel operations by reviewing, reconciling, and auditing revenues, guaranteeing reliable financial information and service standards during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the nightly closing of hotel operations.
- Review, validate, and reconcile revenues from different operational areas.
- Verify accurate billing, charges, consumption, and payment methods of guests.
- Identify, analyze, and report discrepancies in income records and movements.
- Prepare and distribute audit reports and daily closing.
- Verify the correct updating of information in the hotel system.
- Provide support to Reception during the night shift, ensuring guest requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
Requirements:
- Technical or university education in Hotel Administration, Tourism, Accounting, or related fields.
- Previous experience in night audit, hotel reception, or similar positions.
- Essential handling of the OPERA system (preferably Cloud).
- Knowledge of income audit processes, billing, and cash closure.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Availability to work night shifts (exclusive).
- Detail-oriented, analytical capacity, and service vocation.
